Director, Outagamie Waupaca Library System
Bradley Shipps is director of the Outagamie Waupaca Library System (OWLS), which provides a variety of services to 30 public libraries in northeast Wisconsin. Bradley originally hails from a small town in the snowbelt of central New York and received her master’s in library and information science from the iSchool at Syracuse University before moving to Wisconsin in 2010. Bradley is a member of the Library Development and Legislation Committee of the Wisconsin Library Association. In her free time, Bradley enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing, and embarrassing her middle schooler by existing.
